Complimentary UK tracked delivery
Every display is individually prepared and carefully packaged. For UK orders, the price you see includes Royal Mail tracked delivery with compensation cover appropriate to the parcel's declared value.
Prepared for the journey
Framed antiquities and natural-history exhibits require protective packaging. We use padding and robust outer cartons selected for the shape and fragility of each display.
Protected in transit
We select a Royal Mail service or appropriate additional cover based on the item's value. Royal Mail compensation limits and exclusions depend on the selected service; we do not promise unlimited insurance.
